Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, laundry detergents and fabric care solutions must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly secured to prevent leakage.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
